The Paper Mill Food appoints new Executive Chef

We are delighted to share that The Paper Mill Food has appointed a new Executive Chef, Maxime Chasseriaud.

Originally from Paris, Maxime has worked in a number of fine dining establishments across the globe. Most notable is his time spent working for decorated Michelin chef, Alain Ducasse at Plaza Athénée – a 3 Michelin Star restaurant, and later Josh Emett (formerly Head Chef for Gordon Ramsay).

Maxime has spent the last five-and-a-half years working at Star Casino’s BLACK restaurant and is excited to be able to impart his love for beautiful food, and char-grilled meat and seafood with our lovely community.

With The Paper Mill Food’s à la carte restaurant Firepit reopening at the end of September, we are thrilled to have Maxime at the helm.
